Thousands of mormyshkas in tungsten and lead, from 1.5 to 7 mm, at wholesale prices with no middlemen. The Superglow mormyshka was born here, and every one is still painted by hand. It was the first of the shops, opened in 2013.

Turn off the light

Superglow is a strongly luminous paint, and not only in the usual green. These are twelve of the 76 patterns, photographed in the shop.

By hand

Why a machine can't paint them

Superglow paint is full of large crystals, which makes it hard to apply by machine. So every Superglow mormyshka is painted by hand. The larger the crystals, the stronger the glow and the longer it lasts.

It comes in red, green, yellow, white, orange, purple, pink and several shades of blue, and in three strengths. An ordinary luminous mormyshka is weaker than the mildest of them.

What they've caught

In test fishing the Superglow mormyshkas have worked for perch, char, whitefish, grayling and zander. They are made in limited runs, and the range grows with time. The names are the shop's own: Glowing Ladybird, Candy Cane, Ghost Eyes.

The sizes

From a pinhead to a pea

Fifteen sizes, drawn in proportion to each other.

1.5 mm, for whitefish and roach.7 mm, for char and rainbow trout in deep water.

Only ice fishing

WTungsten and lead

Tungsten is heavier for its size, so a small mormyshka gets down deep. Both have chemically sharpened hooks from Hayabusa in Japan.

The shop began in 2013 on a small farm in Halland. Since 2025 the parcels leave from Sävsjö in Småland, still packed by hand.
