A vertical jig and a balance jig are lifted the same way and come down differently. Pick one and lift it.
Every jig in the shop carries the same few lines: weight, length, material and hook, how it goes in the water, and the fishing it's made for. This is one of the balance jigs:

A steady glow in red, green or blue, for the fish that turn shy at a blinking one. The battery lasts up to 200 hours. Red is seen farthest in murky water.
A short chain with a hook, hung under the vertical jig: the other thing the fish can take.
Short rods for jig and mormyshka: balalaika, telescopic and more.
